ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Danielle Schupp has been a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist at Reebok Sports Club/NY, one of Manhattan's hottest gyms, for 12 years. The media regularly taps her for her weight-loss and nutrition tips She's appeared in publications like Shape, Forbes and Marie Claire and has been on Live! with Regis and Kelly, Entertainment Tonight, several New York local stations and CNBC. She loves to travel, collect antiques, and much to her husband's chagrin -- buy really expensive decorative pillows. Pilates is her favorite weekend workout. Danielle earned her degree in nutritional science/dietetics from Cornell University. She is accredited by the American Dietetic Association and holds a Weight Management certification. She splits her time between Manhattan and her upstate home with her candy-loving husband, Michael.
Stephanie Krikorian is a globetrotting TV journalist and writer who has traveled to six continents. She's covered a vast array of stories including the recent economic collapse, the unrest in Israel, the Pope's visit to Cuba, the Sydney and Salt Lake City Olympics, the re-building in New Orleans and the Grammy Award's red carpet. She writes for The Wall Street Journal's popular Speakeasy blog and ghost writes for various authors. She's a travel junkie, foodie, wine enthusiast and yoga nut. She's amused by the fact that her first book is about weight loss considering how hard she battles the genes she was born with so she can fit into the jeans she bought last week. Stephanie has a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University. She was born and raised in Canada, where her family still lives. She currently resides in Manhattan and loves it.
